My clients have a vacancy for a PART TIME Complaints Administrator to work approx 20 hours per week and to ensure all aspects of administration are carried out adhering to the appropriate policies and procedures and government legislation.

Key responsibilities will include:

Banking daily- applying payments to customers' accounts and refunds

Ensure daily bacs submitted

Franking mail

Applying cheques received to accounts

Controlling pay-out process, submitting and authorising customer deals

Take telephone calls

Ensure all system generated letters are sent daily

Filing, retrieving and correctly storing away and scanning (DMS) on to accounts

Assist with the administration and logging of complaints - including contacting internal and external parties and customers

Ensure all aspects of compliance are met regarding data protection Act, consumer credit Act and FCA

Provide cover within the complaints team in the absence of Complaints officer in line with requirements and expectation as directed.

Contact our customers by telephone to gain a full understanding of their complaint in order to progress to a fair outcome and resolution as quickly as possible

To be considered for this position:

Exceptional written and oral communication skills;

Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;

The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;

Good organisational and time management skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

The ability to work on your own initiative;

Honesty and reliability;

Attention to detail;

Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;

Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
