Our client, an international company with offices based around the globe, is seeking a Commercial Administrator. Reporting to the Commercial Advisor the role entails compilation and control of project related quality documentation and with general administration duties for the Commercial Team.

The Role

General administration to include filing / photocopying / updating document transfer register / reviewing man-hours with project personnel/ archiving / creating new folders, manually and electronically
Liaising with clients regarding submission of applications and invoices
Assisting contract administrators in locating evidence for variation orders or profitability reporting
Inputting and extracting data from SAP
Inputting weekly/daily site reports on a weekly basis
Setting up commercial documents
Answering and directing telephone calls
Assistance with production of Final Documentation Packages
Administration of other technical documents (i.e. certificates, data sheets)
Supporting Project Quality and Technical Department

The Candidate

Technical administration experience
Experience of working in a busy project based environment
A knowledge of SAP is not essential but highly desirable
Experience of quality systems, understanding and following procedures
Experience in producing quality document packages
Excellent communication skills
Self confidence and organisation skills
The ability to manage own workload
Effective time management
Good client facing skills

Hours of work are 8.30pm-5pm Mon-Thursday and 8.30am until 3pm Friday but an element of flexibility may be needed.
