The Clayton Group are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Staff Nurse to work in a luxury nursing home situated in the Surrey area. The homes family values and desire for excellence for premium nursing care offer a service that is unrivalled.

As the Clinical Lead you will be responsible for:
*Supporting the home manager with leading, motivating and developing the staff team.
*Supporting the home manager in ensuring that the home is fully compliant with CQC regulations.
*Stepping up in the absence of the home manager.
*Providing outstanding clinical care to the residence and setting the benchmark standard for excellence for the other nurses within the home.
*Supporting the Nursing Staff and Care Staff within the home on the floor.

Applicants shall:
*Have experience as a Senior Nurse
*Be Nurse qualified with a full and active PIN registration.
*Be Patient Orientated, Have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail, Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential.
*Have experience leading a team and supervising others
