Clayton Nursing are currently recruiting for an established care home who are on the lookout for a full time CLINICAL LEAD RGN / RMN based in the picturesque town of Hinckley. This home boasts an excellent reputation and comes highly recommended in the area, the existing staff team in place are friendly and supportive and there is a true family feel to the environment.

As the Lead Nurse you will:
-Provide professional leadership for nurses and care staff ensuring the maintenance of clinical excellence.
-Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care at an advanced level, in an ever-changing environment
-Work as an autonomous practitioner in managing a clinical caseload; undertake research and audit in identified clinical areas; as well as delegate care and responsibilities to other team members and supervise appropriately
-Develop a culture of learning by mentoring, supervising and teaching registered and unregistered staff and students

To be considered for the position you must have the following;
Up to date active NMC registration/ pin
A minimum of 12 months experience of working in a nursing home environment as a Senior Nurse
A genuine passion for working with the elderly
