The Clayton Group is currently recruiting for an experienced RMN or RGN for a medium sized Nursing Home Situated in DORSET.

The home caters for people with Dementia and associated Mental Health conditions and is owned by a national client with a pedigree for excellent care across all of its services and has an overall good CQC report.

This role is offering full time hours to suit the needs of the candidate with an annual rate of £37,000 plus benefits including your NMC being paid, free meals and much more.

As a CLINICAL LEAD you will be responsible for:
*To plan, assess, implement and evaluate the care given to the residents.
*To delegate work to the nursing and care staff and monitor the care given.
*To contribute to the personal needs of the individual resident and ensure they enjoy a good quality of life by ensuring a friendly caring environment.
*To be able to work as a team under the supervision of the Matron / Manager
* To step up in the absence of the Matron / Manager when required.
*To provide and maintain the standard of care to our residents as required by NMC code of professional conduct.

Applicants shall:
*Be a qualified RMN/ RGN with a full and active PIN registration.
*Be Patient Orientated, proactive, responsive and have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail, Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential.
*Be able to demonstrate longevity and sustainability in previous employment.
