Are you an experienced Administrator in search of a new challenge?

Out clients based in Darwen have a vacancy for a Client Support Adviser to manage and administer a portfolio of Group Corporate Private Medical Insurance Clients.

You will maintain and develop the computerised customer and prospect database, obtain renewal terms from insurers and provide key details of premiums and members to the insurance adviser for a large portfolio of company clients.

To be considered for this role you will:

Ideally possess a good educational background with basic IT literacy and navigational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional telephone manner

Flexible attitude, good team player with a sense of humour and a highly developed sense of personal initiative.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.
