My clients are a successful Financial Services company based in Blackpool and due to growth have vacancies for Case Managers within the Lending Team, reporting directly to the Packaging Manager.

The Role will include:

Case managing files ensuring all relevant documents and information has been received from clients in order to process their applications.

Processing customer data/ documents e.g. wage slips, bank statements to ensure clients meet our affordability and loan criteria. This includes completing affordability checks and working with customers to arrange budget plans, to ensure they can afford the loan repayments.

Handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Building rapport with customers and brokers and providing regular updates.

Working in line with FCA Rules and Guidance at all times, as well as our internal policies and procedures.

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

What They Offer

22 days holiday per annum

36.25 hour week - shifts vary from 08:00 am till 19:00 pm.
