The Call Centre is one of the most important departments in our clients company. This is where the majority of their customers communicate with them and expect a first class level of service and they now have a vacancy for a Team Leader.

The role of Team Leader will be to:
Achieve set performance targets
Achieve set quality targets
Embrace and encourage the company culture amongst your staff
Communicate regularly with your team to ensure they are up to date with regulatory requirements of their role
Coach and develop the call centre agents to ensure targets in both performance and quality are achieved
Ensure 1-2-1's and team meetings occur a minimum of 1 time per month with all your team
Make accurate and informed decisions at a team level
Completion of ad hoc work requested by Senior Management
Identifying areas to improve both performance and quality within the call centre.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills:
Coaching
Listening
Communicating, both verbal and written
Assessment of performance and quality metrics
Organisation
Time management

Knowledge:

IF1
Understanding the insurance market
Call centre management
