We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join us with immediate effect; ideally on a temp to perm basis.

 

This is a key role within our Business Support function and ensures the perception and brand of the Group is portrayed to all customers both internal and external. Our Business Support Administrator is a key contact for the business, ensuring an efficient support and administration service is provided. Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator include:

 

• Based on Reception, providing an excellent customer service experience to all visitors, external and internal clients

• Preparing the conference rooms for all interviews and meetings

• Providing refreshments for meetings and conferences held in our meeting rooms

• Handling and responding to general enquiries

• Receiving and relaying inbound telephone calls

• Receiving deliveries

• Processing all incoming and outgoing mail

• The day to day admin support to a team of Consultants

• Assisting the team to ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard

• Assisting the Senior Administrator with maintaining stationery and facility stock supplies

• Diary management and updating of meeting room requests

• Administration duties to include, filing, photocopying, word processing

• Updating and maintaining business policies and procedures

• Ad Hoc Projects as directed by the Senior Administrator and Managing Director

• Other similar duties as required of the role in accordance with the overall needs of the business

 

The successful Business Support Administrator must demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office including; Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to complete projects
  • 12 months experience minimum in a similar role
  • Experience of working with recruitment software or CRM systems
