The Role:

Business Development Manager - Remotely Based

£35,000 - £45,000 (Subject to experience) Basic Salary per annum

Uncapped OTE (On-target Earnings) Scheme

Car allowance

Training and professional development

Regular sales incentives, company funded events and promotions

Company laptop & mobile phone

Job Description:

Handling incoming new business leads that are interested in The Companys services

Proactive account development and customer engagement in order to build pipeline, exceed sales targets and maximise personal earnings

Utilisation of The Companys sales toolset and company CRM platform to aid the delivery of retention and growth of your customer base and achieving monthly sales targets

Accountability for the retention and growth of your own customer base

Managing existing key customer accounts with the primary objective to retain and grow these accounts using The Companys extensive product portfolio

Nurturing and developing customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities

Taking a consultative approach to selling, you will attend customer meetings to demonstrate and pitch suitable Security Solutions

Ensuring you keep up to date with the development of Services within this sector, networking with buyers and sector specialists

The role requires attention to detail and quality to be delivered in sales presentations and proposals

Build and Maintain good working relationships across all departments of the business.
