My clients are an Accountancy Practice based in Lancaster and have a requirement for an Administrator in their "umbrella" department, this is a fast paced role and you will be dealing with a high volume of contracts (30 - 50) at any one time.

The duties will include:

Supporting the New Business team to onboard new contracts
Completing "right to work" checks
Contract administration
Managing the flow and ensuring information comes back within agreed timescale
CRM management

You will be reporting to the New Business Team Manager and supporting 6 Account Managers and New Business team members.

37/5 hours per week, however there is flexi time available with the core hours being 10 - 4.

The successful candidate will be "switched on" with the ability to work at a fast pace, ideally from an Accountancy or Recruitment background and be sales focused possibly looking to move into a sales role in time.
