Our client a well-established manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their office in Preston.

The role will be very much "hands on" and you will be expected to meet the demands of a small and fast paced business from day one. No two days will be the same, and workloads will vary depending upon the needs of the business.

Working closely with the Director, your role will include but not be exclusive to:
Drafting and typing correspondence
Answering and directing telephone calls
Responding to emails
Organising stock and inventories
Producing quotes
Placing orders

As this is a dual role you will also be expected to cover the workshop and duties will include:
Managing goods in
Assembly work
Organising goods for despatch
