Our client is an established and still growing recycling and contracting company, and they are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Working as part of a team of 5 and reporting to the Office Supervisor, the successful Administrator will be responsible for:

Transport organisation including co-ordination of drivers and inputting driver sheets

Order processing including cash/credit card processing

Communication with customers via telephone, email and in person

General finance administration including invoicing and checking Purchase Orders

Occasional weigh bridge cover

Ideally, the successful Administrator will be able to demonstrate:

Ability to use MS Office (use of Waste Logics will be helpful but not essential)

Excellent attention to detail

Skills in prioritising

The ability to multi-task

A good standard of education (GCSE passes in Math & English or equivalent)

A Driving licence & own car as may occasionally be required to work at other sites

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm (44.25 pw), Monday - Friday, with one early start per week of 6.45am and one late finish the night before of approximately 5.30pm. This tends to be regular day a week for early start but some flexibility required.

One Saturday morning a month, 6.45am to 12.00
