The prime role of the Administrator is to assist in the advancement of claims management, specifically working alongside and supporting fee earners. The work is phone based, as well as administrative, ensuring the information obtained is accurate and detailed and acted upon immediately. This will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities given below. The successful Administrator will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative.

Main responsibilities of the position include:

* To receive and set up new injury and hire claims.

* To data base all new claim details on the case management system.

* To phone where necessary new clients to secure instructions.

* To assist where necessary in progressing claims from start to finish.

* To work alongside any garages and/or hire firms to secure the repairs.

* To establish the full details of the third party and his/her insurer.

* To provide support where necessary within the department.

* To phone where necessary third party insurers, medical experts and clients to obtain information on a case by case basis.

* To ensure confidentiality of all the firm's and client's documentation and information,

* To attend to clients on the telephone and to provide support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care.

The successful Administrator will demonstrate:

* A professional telephone manner and experience in providing focused customer service.

* Previous experience as an Administrator within the Legal sector or a similar professional sector.

Working hours - Full time- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with one hour for lunch
