I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established legal firm known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and client-focused services. They are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Housing and Regeneration (Litigation) Team at the Leeds Office. This is a full time role working 36.25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00.

The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:

Creating accurate MMI reports for multiple clients
Liaising with other internal departments regarding client updates such as New Tenders, change of billing terms etc
Typing dictations
Supporting the administration of financial procedures
Supporting advisors with case file administration
Calling courts arranging telephone hearings
Creating bundles in Bundle docs for issue / service / trials
Arranging service with various process servers
Issuing and processing claims
Writing correspondence to the relevant external parties

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, experience and skills:

5 GCSEs 9 to 4 or equivalent inc Maths and English Language
previous experience working within administrative / secretarial role is essential
previous experience working within a legal firm is essential
good knowledge of IT systems inc Word and Outlook
good organisation and communication skills
have the ability to work as part of a team and be reliable and enthusiastic
excellent attention to detail
the ability to touch type would be an advantage
