Based in Burnley they have a vacancy in the Accounts Receivable department for an Accounts Receivable E-Tail Specialist.

Working as part of the Retail Commercial Credit Team you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of a very Large Global E-Tail customer working closely with the Team and other Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Returns;

Reconciling Credits Notes and Debit Notes and where appropriate disputing discrepancies.

Working with Internal Partners (e.g. Customer Services & Returns Team) to resolve queries.

Marking up & maintaining Dispute Reasons on ERP System within agreed timelines.

Maintain Returns Reports and liaising with Customer(s) to obtain maximum resolution.

Shortages;

Review and maintain customers Shortage Report, identify route cause analysis and share findings with the rest of the team and be instrumental in improvement opportunities.

Dispute discrepancies where applicable on Customers Portal.

Mark up & maintain Dispute Reasons on ERP System within agreed timelines.

Compliance;

Review and assess compliance claims in line with agreed SLA's.

Dispute discrepancies where applicable, mark up and maintain dispute reasons on ERP within agreed timelines.

Price Difference;

Liaising with Sales Reps/Manager investigating Customer Claims.

Raise manual Credit paper work, enter and match.

Disputing discrepancies where applicable.

Marking up & maintaining Dispute Reasons on ERP System within agreed timelines

Continuous Improvement review throughout all workstreams with particular focus on;

Customer Satisfaction/Experience

Working Capital

Reduction in expenditure.

Where applicable, provide Holiday Admin Cover for Team Members.

General Ad Hoc Admin Duties.

To be considered for this role you will have experience of:

Working on your own initiative.

Working to achieve KPI's.

Be computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word is essential.

Have excellent Communication Skill.

Attention to detail.

Organisation skills.
