Temporary Accounts Assistant required to work for my clients based in Preston, they are one of the largest suppliers of Premium Vape liquid and are looking for someone to start at the beginning of October, the role will be temporary but will go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

Resolve both internal and external account queries in a timely manner via phone and email

Process up to 200 - 300 invoices on a weekly basis

Handle supplier statement, bank statement and general reconciliations on a daily basis (PAYE, NIC, VAT etc)

Manage petty cash

Create and manipulate complex Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets

Successfully process a high volume of invoices on a daily basis

Provide monthly, weekly and daily reports of sales

Deal with and resolve any invoice issues, queries and disputes as swiftly as possible.

To be considered for this role you will be available for an immediate start with a minimum of 2 years experience of working on sales/purchase ledger on Sage 50
